MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Engaging in sales activities processing transactions for, including but not limited to FX and Derivatives products
- Develop and maintain effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders within MUFG
- Work in partnership with product office and operation department within the Bank on specific transaction details to resolve transaction issues
- Work in partnership with relevant department and Head Office and regional Global Markets to enhance business platform.
- Support developing procedures, workflows and guidelines related to Treasury operations
- Support developing and maintaining a database for the department to store treasury transaction information and ensure data integrity
- Support verifying Treasury transaction operations to ensure they are compliant with MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations
- Support the implementation of new systems and/or enhancements by assessing the impact of changes to current workflows and procedures
- Support analysis and prepare reports / presentations within an area of expertise
- Support on Global Market related projects, engaging with relevant stakeholders where required
- Develop good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations
- Adhere to all company policies / guidelines.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Desirable to have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Team Player with proactive attitude and professional communication skills
- Detail-minded, able to work under pressure, independent, multi-tasking, well-organized, and self-motivated
- Excellent in spoken and written English, Japanese is a plus.
